"Don't let people from New Jersey develop software? (For some reason every New Jersey-based Android app I've downloaded ends up being crapware or sketchware; 🤷 dunno what's up with that!) Anyway: this app is incomplete and non-functional. PRO: You can effortlessly sign up for the Smart Card. CONS: Why is my store in Portland OR not listed!? Also the user interface lacks features and is completely broken in places. It's more like an incomplete HS computer science project than commercial software."
